Adding epics to the roadmap

To add an epic to the roadmap, make sure to add the priority roadmap label.

If the epic has parent epics, you have apply the priority roadmap label to the parent epics as well.

Alternatively you can remove the epic from the parent and add them as linked epics.

Epic end dates

When adding epics to the roadmap please make sure to add start and end dates. It is okay for these dates to be estimates initially, we can refine them as we go.

The end dates should be the estimated date that the work is deployed and Release Management Generally Available

Epic colours

The colours are currently used to represent the status of an epic

  • Blue in progress
  • Green completed
  • Purple planned, but not started
  • Orange at risk / needs attention
  • Red abandoned / will not do
